Before you book your luxury transportation services, please review the following policies. If you have any questions, please contact us and a representative will be happy to assist you.
Reservations:
We offer two convenient ways to make your reservations with us: by phone or online. Reservations online must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For bookings less than 24 hours from the pick up time, please call us and speak with an operator.
All reservations are subject to guaranteed payment. By placing a reservation with Luxury Limo Miami, you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and expressly authorize Luxury Limo Miami to charge your credit card, in full or part, relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a “no-show”.
Cancellations and Changes:
We require 4 hours advance notice for cancellations and changes to reservations to avoid charges. Special events (conventions, sporting events, awards shows, concerts and other large events) and specialty vehicles such as stretch limo, buses and sprinter vans are subject to 7-day cancellation policy and the estimated trip total will be fully charged 7 days prior to the trip. If customer cancels the reservation within time frames mentioned above, the service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, and a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the estimated trip total is charged.
No Shows:
If you fail to show at the designated time and place agreed to in your reservation, we will attempt to contact you using the information you provided when you booked the reservation.
If we cannot reach you, the reservation will be treated as a late cancellation, and you will be charged the full fee of the estimated trip total.
Waiting Time:
Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 30 minutes for the domestic flights and within the first 45 minutes for international flights after the scheduled pick up time. Once the grace period has passed, waiting time will be charged based on the vehicle’s hourly rate per every 15 minutes until the passenger meets the driver.
Non-Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 15 minutes. Once 16 minutes have past, waiting time will be charged based on the vehicle’s hourly rate, rounding up in half-hour increments starting from the scheduled pick up time.
Extra Stops:
Extra “in-route” stop between 10 to 30 minutes will result in $25 additional charge. If the stop lasts more than 30 minutes, there is more than one stop or the requested stop is “off-route”, then the trip will convert to an hourly rate.
Smoking:
Due to state law compliance, all of our vehicles are non-smoking.
Other:
The client assumes full financial liability for any damages to our vehicles, caused during the duration of the trip by them or any members of their party. Any unusual spill soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger(s) will result in a clean-up fee being added to the charges for the trip.
We are not responsible for articles lost, stolen, damaged, or left in our vehicles. Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle.
Luxury Limo Miami shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control. If Luxury Limo Miami is unable to perform under the trip agreement, its liability is limited to a full refund of money paid by customer, and shall not exceed the amount paid.
While every effort is made to ensure specified times are met, if the limousine is late in excess of 30 minutes due to unforeseen traffic, uncontrollable weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, the customer has the option to cancel the service and receive a full refund on the unused portion of the trip. However, if the client chooses to still take the service, then no compensation may be claimed.
